General Terms & Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed with www.seedamm.shop by Chemonorm AG. In the event of any discrepancies between these general terms and conditions. Provisions deviating from these terms and conditions, in particular those in the general terms and conditions of the customer or agreements made verbally or by telephone, shall only apply if they have been expressly accepted by us in writing.

1. Prices

All totals of prices include the applicable value added tax.

2. Invoicing / Payments

All work orders in chemical sealing of total quoted sums up to CHF 5’000.00 are to be paid within 30 days from invoice date.
All work orders in chemical sealing of total quoted sums from CHF 5’000.00 and higher, are to be paid 50% of quoted sum in advance, before any work can be performed. The end sum is to be paid within 30 days from invoice date.
All work orders are invoiced at real costs, no fixed prices available, no discounts.

3. Liability / Warranty

Our work is performed with maximum care. No liability can be claimed for further damage to pre-damaged pipes, since old, corroded, or damaged pipes can experience further damage from work under pressure. All risk is covered by the customer, who orders our services. No warranty can be provided, since one spot fixed, in a pipe system built into walls, floors, grounds, etc., cannot be seen or indicated to be the same damage spot that was fixed. All risk is on the customer's side.

4. Privacy Policy

We store your address and order-related data in order to process your business. These can be used in the context of order processing, competition, and newsletter. Your data will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties unless this is necessary for order processing (e.g., logistics service providers, credit checks).

5. Image Rights

All image rights are held by Chemonorm AG or its partners/suppliers. Use without express permission is not permitted.

6. Liability

6.1 GTC Rules

These GTCs conclusively regulate all cases of breaches of contract and their legal consequences and all claims of the customer, regardless of the legal grounds on which they are made. The supplier, its auxiliary persons, and any vicarious agents shall not be liable for damages that have not occurred to the goods themselves, in particular not for consequential damages, other financial losses of the buyer, or loss of profit.

6.2 Severability Clause

Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid or incomplete, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The parties undertake to replace the invalid provisions with a legally valid provision that comes as close as possible to the economic and legal meaning and purpose of the invalid provision. Swiss law shall apply exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is Altendorf.
